Job Title: Manufacturing Line Manager / Team Leader
Location: Pyeongtaek, Korea
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager / Team Leader to oversee production line operations,
manage field technicians, and ensure resource allocation aligns with demand plans.
This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams,
and a commitment to continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production meetings to assess KPIs and address operational challenges.
- Manage factory floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee production schedules and capacity planning for manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with Engineers to troubleshoot process and quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 ~ 18 years of experience in mechanical assembly or related industries.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and resources.
- Familiarity with assembly and electric test equipment.
- Strong communication skills, with English proficiency in writing and speaking.
