Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive upgrades revenue growth and manage customer relationships.
This role will focus on revenue generation, developing business cases,
and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive upgrades revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify business opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 14 ~ 23 years of experience in business development or sales within semiconductor, lithography, or related high-tech industries.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Multinational company experience preferred.
