Overview:
A leading TIC services provider seeks an INP Operations Manager to oversee inspection and coordination activities, optimize operations, and ensure service excellence. This role involves managing teams, improving processes, and collaborating with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations, budgets, and team development.
Supervise inspections, training, and technical support.
Maintain client relationships and deliver technical solutions.
Drive process improvements and ensure quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Engineering (essential), degree in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering (desirable).
Experience: 8 ~ 20 years in onshore/offshore activities (Oil & Gas experience preferred).
Skills: MS Office proficiency, strong inspection background, effective communication, and eligibility for travel.
Language: Fluent English
