About the Company
글로벌 수준의 극저온 펌프, 열교환기, 공정 시스템 및 산업용 가스 솔루션을 제공하는 일본 본사 외국계 기업의 한국 법인입니다.
해양 및 산업용 가스 분야의 cryogenic pump 제품을 중심으로 사업을 확장하고 있으며, 향후 일본 시장까지 커버할 수 있는 Sales Manager를 찾고 있습니다. 다양한 국가 및 지역 본사와의 협업이 요구되는 포지션입니다.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full product lines of cryogenic pumps, leading product development to maintain competitiveness.
• Seek customer feedback and ensure products evolve with innovative features and added value.
• Create and manage Product Master Specifications for new product initiatives.
• Accountable for orders received (quantity/value/territory) and consolidated profit per product line.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies (tools, brochures, presentations, press releases).
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales/service centers and distributors globally.
• Develop training materials and programs for internal sales personnel.
• Manage intercompany pricing strategy to ensure local competitiveness.
• Support Business Line Managers to meet functional objectives in target markets.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings with detailed agendas and minutes.
• Work with Cryogenic Service Unit to ensure product reliability and low lifecycle cost.
• Negotiate and follow up on Global Key Account Agreements with strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
• BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering strongly preferred
• Business Administration or Marketing degrees considered with strong product knowledge
• Experience with rotating equipment and industrial pump sales or management.
• Cryogenic pump and market knowledge is a plus
• Ability to support inside sales teams with technical and commercial issues.
• Exposure to pricing strategy and competitive analysis
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required and Native Korean Language
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with a goal-driven mindset and the ability to work under pressure
• Proven ability to complete projects on scope, budget, and timeline
